Sometimes it's in between the sets that you really need to dig in. As trainers we see a lot of "creative hiding" going for many water breaks, putting on chapstick, running to the bathroom and many many more to get out of the workout. When a client begins to understand and know how to dig in and attack the next set, that's s beautiful thing.
