Two years have passed and your memory remains so close. 🕊️ I find you in the embrace of the wind of a sunny day, in the gentle songs of the birds in the morning, and in the scent of the honeysuckles on my daily walks.

My mother's unwavering spirit, her compassion and her generosity inspire me every day. If you've ever met me and seen something you admire, know that it comes from her. I am forever grateful for the gift of her presence in my life. She has changed me for the better. For those struggling with Mother's Day, I want you to know that you are not alone. The summer sun shone brightly on me 🌞

Grateful to God for a year of incredible growth! 🙏🏼 From completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training to the privilege of teaching at CorePower Yoga, this year has been a transformative journey. I’ve learned to embrace the power of consistent practice and acceptance, being reminded that true change comes from stepping outside our comfort zones and embracing the unknown. 🤍

🩰A fun fact about me is that I used to take dance classes as a child and disliked it. Now, I love teaching dance!
