! Holy 💩💩💩!! came to me because she not only wanted to lose weight.. she wanted to get healthy! Her goal was get off medications and to feel good again.. she’s off a total of 7 medications and despite having a few injuries/setbacks.. she still managed to maintain and even lose weight. Her a1c dropped to technically below being considered a diabetic and her mindset growth is HUGE! Anyone want to guess what kind of diet i put her on? .. I’ll tell you-NONE! She was able to have her cake and eat it too! Comment below to congratulate this hard working gal!

1 full year of dedication and hard work.. not just physically but MENTALLY! This is what we do at MID training. We don’t count calories or macros, we don’t do excessive exercising, or create a bad relationship with food. We work on WHY we do certain things, we make training fun, we enjoy our food in moderation, and we focus on ourselves and get to the root of it all. This is a LIFESTYLE change. Dieting doesn’t work but working on ur mind, soul, and body does. EXTREMELY proud of for the hard work she’s put in.. not just physically but mentally. We have homework we do and this girl does it to the fullest! On top of all this.. the pure confidence she has.. her face says it all!!! To another year of progress!!! 👏🏼💪🏼

Climbing through life.. some paths are harder than others.. some have longer reaches.. some have harder grips.. you’ll go for it and then fall straight on your back.. but the biggest question is.. will you give up after falling? Life’s meant to test you. It’s up to you to take the leaps.. it’s up to you not to give up.. it’s up to you which path you want to take. It’s in your hands. Today we’re going to switch up our coffee! Who doesn’t like a tasty latte?! Remember, you can switch things up! Another thing to add is protein powder to give your coffee even more flavor!
We have:
-flax milk
-espresso
-chagachino mix (mushroom blend to give extra focus)
-collagen
—prepare your espresso (or coffee/cold brew), let cool, blend up (i use a shaker bottle) flax milk (or any milk u like), collagen, and chaggachino mix! Mix all together and serve over ice! If you prefer hot.. that’s fine too! Let’s see your coffee mixes!!

Remember.. it’s all about balance! This right here is ‘tuna salad’ on Ezekiel bread with baked chips and pickles! How to make your tuna salad:
-tuna
-avocado (smash it up)
-some lemon
-little salt & pepper
-celery or any other veggie that floats ur boat!

Sometimes you NEED to take the hard route to get where you want or even need to me in life. Change can be uncomfortable and challenging at times but it’s guaranteed to take you in the direction you need to go. Embrace the journey that you are going through and remember: most things are temporary. It may be tough to see the light at the end of the tunnel or even the top of the mountain.. but be relentless because there is a whole other world waiting for you!... if you allow it! The Green Goddess Bowl!


Super filling, tastes like a treat, and super nutritious! Recipe is down below! Try it out and tag us on your version!
-1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
-3-4 cubes of avocado (i use frozen)
-handful of ‘super greens’ mix
-protein powder
-dash of Ceylon cinnamon
Blend until creamy and thick like ice cream!
-top with cacao nibs, toasted coconut, and a nut butter of your choice.. and ENJOY!
