Don't underestimate your database

Never underestimate (or forget about) your database.

Too often, I see realtors who are not properly nurturing their database and only focusing on brand new relationships. There's a reason why all the big brand companies want your emails and contact information. They know the business value of a database.

How often do you check in with your existing relationships? Or how often do you provide them with relevant information, or updates, that are truly valuable to them?

As we all seek to find new people to know, like, and trust us - let's not forget to nurture our existing contacts who already know, like, and trust us.

Set Boundaries For Yourself

Too often, the "hustle culture" promotes and glamorizes working long hours and constantly grinding to reach material success.

Of course, hard work is required for real estate professionals, but we can set boundaries. And we should, in my opinion, if our goal is to have a holistic approach to life and business.

It may sound cliche, but it's good advice: Run your business, don't let it run you.

Tracking Your Time Will Help You's a finite resource we can't get back.

As real estate professionals, and entrepreneurs, we should use it wisely. Most importantly, we should know what our time is worth - literally. Like, what is your aspirational hourly wage? Of course, that number should grow over time, but if you know what it is currently, you can track your time per sale/client to ensure you're meeting your goal.

What time tracking techniques do you use? Comment below!

You MUST Know Your Numbers!

Understand your numbers, numbers, numbers! I can't emphasize enough how important this is for real estate professionals, or any entrepreneur.

Is your business progressing? How can you sale more? What's working? What's not? Questions like these are best answered with data, aka your numbers. Many small businesses painfully go through ebb and flows and are confused on why they can't achieve the business stability they strongly desire.

After consulting many real estate professionals, this issue usually lies with a lack of ex*****on connected to their NUMBERS. For example, if you knew that 30 calls led to 10 meetings which led to 1 transaction or sale...then you can reverse engineer your revenue goals based on data.

Is this simple? Yes. Is this easy to do? No. It requires know-how, organization, and most importantly, discipline.

The Power of Visualization

Visualization is powerful! When done properly, it can literally turn your dreams into reality.

Have you tried it? Share your story in the comments!

Yes, self-care matters!

Don't get wrapped up in the "hustle culture". It might motivate some (and work for them), but I've talked to many that don't want that kind of lifestyle. There is a way to be successful, balanced, and at peace as a realtor. That's my whole mission! To share with others the holistic approach to business.

Are You Grateful?

What are you grateful for?

New Realtor's 30-Day Game Plan

Real estate is a great career! You truly get out what you put in.

As a mentor to new realtors, your first 30 days in business are critical. If you strategically work hard at the right things, there's no better feeling than coming out of the gate strong. If you're considering becoming a real estate agent and would like to know what you should specifically do in your first 30 days as a realtor, comment "YES".

Wishing all the new realtors success!

We Need Spiritual People

Itโ€™s okay to have a spiritual path in your business and professional journey and make an impact even when you think youโ€™re not making an impact. Practice mindfulness, meditation, and manifestation every day. Your community and prospect will feel this and see it. Stay on your highest spiritual path and incorporate it into all aspects of your life.

What does your spiritual life look like daily? Please share your thoughts.

Thoughts on the Real Estate Market

No one wants their home foreclosed. With the market shifting, there will likely be some foreclosures, but not as before.

Homeowners should be reassured because of the equity they built up, and there is potential to walk away with gains after they sell. What is your opinion about foreclosures in the current market?

Please share your thoughts.

What is Field Day?

Field Days are essential for growing your business. You are going out in the neighborhoods to get to know the people, businesses, and inventory. You are making yourself known by the locals, and when they think of real estate, they will think of you. This is a high-level task that grows your business.

Plan your Field Day and make every minute count. How often do you do field days, and how long are you out?

Please share your comments.

Is Real Estate A Good Career Choice?

Is real estate a good career choice? Some may say, "No. It's too stressful!"

While I understand this perspective, there is a path to success and balance as a realtor. "Hustling" your way into entrepreneurship isn't the only way. As a matter of fact, a career in real estate can create opportunities for flexibility and freedom.

Comment "AGENT" below for a free information packet on how to become a real estate agent.

How To Deal With Stress

Being a real estate agent can be stressful. Here are a few tips that have helped me navigate these emotions. Do you have any other stress management techniques?

Please share in the comments.

Staging a home to sell is important! But were you aware of this staging hack?

Where To Find Good Scripts

Scripts, scripts, scripts. We all have access to them, but many realtors DO NOT use them.

Scripts can speed up learning curves, improve conversion metrics, and ingrain best practices into memory.

How have scripts benefited your sales career? Comment below!

P.S. If you want access to some of my favorite sales scripts, comment "DM" below

The Impact of Limiting Beliefs

Do you believe in yourself? If yes, to what degree?

This is important to analyze periodically because many live with limiting beliefs that hinder their personal and professional growth.

How have you overcome limiting beliefs? Comment below.

Get in tune with your โญ๏ธ player, YOU!

Your mindset and daily habits are important to your overall growth and success.
Entrepreneurship is not just about business, It's a lifestyle. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Your thoughts and your words create your reality. What are you creating?

It is important to know your Purpose within your business! It cannot be the money and/or possessions alone, this is not sustainable.
Do not confuse this with life purpose.
Your career, business, entrepreneurship is just a slice of your pie, not the whole.
So let's continue,
Why did you decide on Entrepreneurship in Real Estate?
This question is important to get clear on!
It will be your driving force, your inspiration, will get through when you think you cannot!
For me, RE, initially was a way into Entrepreneurship and as a single mom, a.way to sustain my family.
It allows me to grow not just professionally but also personally. It pushes me and helps me get out of my comfort zone. It helps me become a better leader and pushes me to find ways to grow, again professionally and personally.
I enjoy that I get to create and educate, I absolutely enjoy the people and connections I've made through the years and lastly it has allowed me the financial freedom to enjoy my other passions and to share those passions as well.
So what your reasons ???

The one thing I've learned from being an entrepreneur is slow is the quickest way to where you want to be. As an Entrepreneur you have to continue to believe in what you are doing even if you are not seeing the results quite yet. This is critical. You are building piece by piece and this takes time. You are also learning, shaping, and molding yourself to be the person that your business will require for sustainability. Hang in there and keep it moving!

Agents get a partner AND a path to gain the fundamental knowledge needed to start and/or build a successful real estate career.
It is the best way to accelerate your development.
A holistic mentor is concerned with both your personal growth and your professional development.
Embracing your best self is at the core of holistic mentoring.
My Mentorship course will help integrate a mindful approach that allows you to step in to the business you are looking to create! I will help you build your foundation and systems while introduce new ways to tap into your EQ, self regulate, and manage authentic relationships with your clients.
