1. Squat + twist
2. Pushup pushback
3. Sit up clap
4. Single bridge lift + pulse
Set at timer for 1 min each exercise & repeat 3x through for that good sore feelin😉
Pick a weight that feels challenging but still doable for the full 1 min.
