Our Signature 60 sessions are an engaging, full-body metabolic workout focused on acquiring and building on skills. In addition to treadmills and ski-ergs, we incorporate weights, cross cores, bands and more to ensure a well-rounded program. The pieces of the puzzle 🧩🧩

We embarked on this journey of relocating and restoring Burn 60 in October of 2021. After many nights of little to no sleep, hundreds of trips to Home Depot, paint in our hair and dust in our eyes, we emerged with a building and environment that we are so proud of! Most of what you see when you enter the studio was done by us (thanks YouTube lol). This place was built with love, sweat and tears!
As a bonus along the way, we discovered that we are a pretty great team and are so lucky we got to do this together.
Our mission is to bring joy and love to everyone who comes through our doors. We are so grateful for the Burn 60 family and we hope you can all feel that when you visit us. ❤️‍🔥

Congrats to this month’s Most Valuable Burner 🔥 Lizzie was diagnosed as pre-diabetic in her mid 20's and placed on ghastly diets that took a toll on her mental health. On her 30th birthday, she made a promise to herself to never put her body and mind through that struggle again. After her birthday, she found Burn 60 and started taking class with Amanda, Emily, and Annie and never looked back. Burn has helped her take care of her mind and body by staying in shape so she can treat her pre-diabetes healthily. Keep up the good work, Lizzie 👏🏼

The mission of The Painted Turtle is to provide a year-round, life-changing environment and authentic camp experience for children with chronic and life-threatening illnesses. The Painted Turtle supports children’s medical needs, inspires them to reach beyond their illnesses, and provides care, education, and respite for their families. All campers and families attend completely free of charge.⁣⁣

Due to COVID, we have shifted to “Camp-At-Home” where families can participate in the camp from the safety and comfort of their own homes. TPT is thrilled to share the opportunity with families from across the country and internationally. “Camp In A Box” packages includes supplies for participation, including camp t-shirts, large paper to make family posters, several types of arts & craft supplies, s'mores kits, popcorn, etc. The program schedule includes a mixture of education and connection sessions for parents, camper activities for children, a specialized track of engaging programs for teens, and all-camp activities such as Fun with PUN and campfire for the entire family to enjoy together – all delivered with a big dose of camp spirit along the way.⁣⁣

At Camp, children are empowered to learn about their own medical care and are given the confidence to become more independent. Each session is grouped by similar diagnoses, where campers are surrounded by others who can understand their challenges. The community at Camp transcends the days that campers spend there, leading to friendships that create a feeling of inclusion and connection outside of Camp.⁣⁣

“I wanted to share a picture of myself a year ago vs today. A year ago I decided to fully commit myself in being consistent to working out with Burn 60 and making time to always show up. Even more so with quarantine, virtual Burn has been the best outlet for my mental and physical health with everything going on these past few months.

I am so grateful to all the trainers that yell at me as well as push me (Kasseem, Liam, Kris, Emily, Amanda, Annie). I started this journey wanting to feel healthier, but I’m so happy to know that I also came out of it losing weight (20 lbs!!) and gaining muscle (I feel strong!).
