A new space. New equipment from .bb (including a brand new Cadillac). And the same one-on-one Classical Pilates experience our clients have come to love, now in a room that finally matches the depth of the work.

Light-flooded. Spacious. Genuinely calming.

Our son was born last week, and he’s already a Pilates natural!

We are grateful for this time at home together, and the studio is back open on Monday!

In our studio we are proud to use .bb equipment, it gives us the feeling of being in Joe’s studio. This past week we had an article come out on “The Core.” It started as an article about Pilates & Reiki, and became a letter of love, devotion and encouragement to Joe Pilates himself, into the past, from one of his students in the future. With Reiki we can transcend time and space, and send transmissions of energy anywhere and anytime.

I wrote an article for Balanced Body, Inc. about Pilates & Reiki. It’s a letter of love, devotion and encouragement to Joe from the future. Reiki and Pilates have many similar principles and arrived on this planet around the same right before World War I, when the world was in need of even more healing. This article help tie the past, present and future together. Special thanks to Ana Caban for the opportunity to contribute this work.
