A little pop of Spring color 💚

Micro trash plagues even the most remote trails, an unfortunate sign that humans have tainted nature. These tiny pieces of trash often escape our fingertips with the slightest breeze, making their way into bushes and crevices along the trail. If you see one of these little pieces on your adventures, imagine how bad your fellow hiker felt about losing it and them out by picking it up and disposing of it properly.

My favorite thing to plant- tiny pine trees! These take just a few minutes to plant each ☺ I don't find nearly as much broken glass and trash at this higher elevation site, but I still have collected some, ironically from around the trash can area.
