Today is Yoga Bliss’ 11th Birthday! 🪷 Everything that exists once began as a thought, a wish, an idea… 🔮 Looking back over the past 11 years, an empty space evolved into a gathering place for yoga, community, presence, and growth. A place to rest, a place to be, a place to find your center and connect more deeply. THANK YOU to all the wonderful teachers and practitioners over the years, for bringing your energy and Love to the studio over and over again.
Thank you for showing up on good days, on hard days, through sadness, grief, pain, excitement, happiness, and the full spectrum of life. The practice of yoga is universal and stands the test of time. 💓💓💓💓💓 Infinite love and gratitude to all of you for being a part of Yoga Bliss!

🧘🏻‍♀️ If you’ve been wanting to learn more about meditation, join Jennifer Winther on Sunday 8/16 @ 6:00pm-7:00pm ✨ The central pillar of this class is meditation - sometimes silent and sometimes guided. Each class will also include some form of supporting practice such as stretching, tapping, breathwork, or even sharing, to awaken the body, mind and heart for meditation and to integrate what we find in the stillness. No prior experience expected. Hope to see you there!
