This is something that has been near and dear to my heart. I have been wanting to have these sort of conversations for awhile now. I am drawn to helping men in particular to unlearn a lot of the patriarchal ideologies that don’t serve us in todays world. I want to create a space that allows men to process vulnerable feelings and emotions about intimacy, s*xuality and relationships. Looking forward to open dialogue, deconstructing, reframing and managing the ego.

Loving myself allows me to be me, I give myself permission to break the cycles…

Today I turn 52 years of age. My journey of growth has not been an easy one, unlearning all the things that made me feel safe at one point in my life now I see how they were holding me back and giving me a false sense of security. I truly do appreciate all my struggles and victories, they have made me who I am today and have given me the ability to show up for others in need. I am appreciative of where I am at in life with the work I am doing. I realize this has always been a passion of mine so now I get to live in my authentic self. Someone described me as a world breaker when I shared with them how I intuitively feel and see things. I am here to shake up the world and redefine ideas around not just relationships but so many things. Thank you all who have been a part of my growth and joining me on this journey. I am looking forward to continuing to cultivate the relationships I already have and looking forward to the new ones to come.🙏🏽♥️♈️🙌🏽

There are many misconceptions about play parties that I hope to help clear up. As well as many limiting assumptions and judgements about swinging and swingers.
I’ll share some perspective in an attempt to shift any negative perspectives.

*Swingers are old and creepy: That is not true, there has been a shift in the people that are attending parties, people from their early 20’s as well as people of color. Also I don’t think that Melissa and myself are creepy 🤣

*Only couples attend parties: While some parties cater to couples (and/or single women), single women and men attend parties too. Just because you are not part of a couple or in a relationship doesn’t mean that you can’t explore these parts of yourself.

Swinging is all about s*x: We have met some of our closest friends in the LS. Imagine being around a group of people who are willing to be open and transparent, and you can be yourself with while talking just about anything you can think of that has to do with s*xuality, kink, relationships and so forth. 

S*x at parties: You don’t have to have s*x at s*x parties. You can be a vo**ur. You could show up for the social aspect. You can play out fantasies or kinks. It can feel s*xually empowering, with or without having s*x. In the words of Dr. Zhana- you get to choose your own adventure.
