BTG IS LOOKING FOR A MEDIA ASSISTANT

As we expand our player development programs this fall, we’re looking for a reliable, creative Media Assistant to capture the energy on the court during team practices, game and rooftop labs.

If you want hands-on experience in sports videography, social content creation and a chance to build a high-level portfolio, this is for you!

What to expect:
• Around 6–8 flexible hours per week
• BTG provides the filming equipment
• Simple content guides to help you know what to capture
• Great opportunity to build your sports media portfolio

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, creative, punctual, comfortable around players and coaches and has a good eye for the game.

At BTG, we don’t direct every move from the sideline or force kids to memorize fixed plays.

In every practice, we put players in real-game situations. They learn how to read the defense, make quick decisions on their own, and react in real time.

If your child looks great in workout drills but freezes up during real games, the training is the problem and not the player.

Most youth basketball sessions have kids dribbling around plastic cones.

At the BTG Rooftop Academy, we throw out the cones and train functional skills through live reads against real defenders.

Paired with varsity-level mentorship, our athletes don’t just learn moves, they learn how to make split-second decisions, handle pressure and build confidence that translates directly to game day.
