to the things you forgot you could accomplish.

In 3 weeks I will be extremely privileged to fly out to the with my Fam, and I could not be more excited!

To be able to catch up with friends, fellow competitors, support all the athletes competing, and immerse myself in the bodybuilding world once again is definitely something I am looking forward to!

“One way or another you’ve got this” - is what I wish I could turn back & tell lil 22 year old Carolina.

to 2016 at my first shoot.

I was uncomfortable in my own skin, in an unhealthy relationship,
unsure about what I wanted out of life,
work,
and spending more hours worrying about what everyone else thought about me than I can count.

Fast Forward about 7.5 years later…

At this point in my life I will not pretend I have all the answers, and I damn right still question a lot of my decisions…

But one thing I am sure of — I was built 1000% capable of overcoming ALL of my obstacles.

Whether I figure them out fast or through a rollercoaster ride of emotions… NOW I know I have got this.

So for those feeling stuck, frustrated, and unsure…

Keep pushing forward — you, too, are 1000% capable of overcoming it ALL ❤️

🥂 to struggling!
Because that is the only way we live, learn, and grow

PUSHING THROUGH A PLATEU
_
Whether you have been training for a while or you are new to the game, at some point or another, you will most likely experience a Plateu in your progress.
_
What does that mean?!
_
A plateu simply means you have reached a stagnant point within your program, where your body has grown accustomed to your current workout & dietary protocols.
_
HOW CAN I FIX THAT?
_
First you have to address a few things:
• How long have you been following this specific program?
• How long have you been dieting for? • Are you resting appropriately?
_
Now that you looked those over, here are a few suggestion:
• Start a new training program.
• Begin a reverse diet regimen.
• Implement a rest day or active rest routine to your current program — promoting recovery, cortisol reduction & avoiding inflammation.
