1. A Life Coach is someone who counsel another through their life. For example, it can be as specific as career changes, a newly marriage or divorce, etc. Any big life changes or if you feel “stuck” and don’t know where or who to go to.

2. I hold over 4000 hours of coaching sessions with accredited education. I work with knowledgeable and experienced coaches around the world through the largest coaching platform. I am empathic and easy to talk to. I coach to help others because I did not have resources or tools to do so for myself.

3. Each session is an hour long, weekly or bi weekly. We will have discussions about your concerns or goals and find ways to break down those roadblocks to achieve your objective.
