This is horticulture therapy at it’s finest. To change the world we must start with ourselves.

People in healing can heal others in our environment regardless of difference. Life is life, honor it my friends.

The big plants (Masculine energy) protect the delicate life giving veggies (Feminine energy).

Metaphor: seek to work with those whom are different and focus on growth/creating value instead of what makes us different.
Be the change and take actions to support the collective not just your own individual needs. We all need each other.

Money grows when we invest in the ground we stand upon.

I transformed my abundance of cherry tomatoes and squash into 2 oranges, tomatillos & limes. COST...ZERO dollars. Received...new friendship and the release of anti depressant chemicals in my body that allowed me to smile and feel good about being alive sharing my life with other people on earth to create community and food security 🌱🙌🏼

Today I celebrated the art of
‘The Barter’

With the invention of money people became isolated and selfish.

Loosing our humanity in the name of having more control over land, resources, and people. The more money I have the more I can satisfy an internal insecurity of not feeling enough.

Truth be told the greatest lie of society is that there’s not enough. Nature by definition is extremely abundant and giving!

All we need to do is reciprocate with the same love it shows us and THINK DIFFERENTLY.

Get to growing food and let the journey begin.
