Part 4 (Pro Tip Series): Resisted to Non Resisted Lateral Bounds
A great way to teach athletes how to combine vertical and lateral power is with resisted bounds. Teaching the athlete to understand how to use the ground for force and power is essential. This is a great drill for for any sport that involves rotational movements.

Part 3 (Pro Tip Series): Side Plank Variations (anti-rotation)
Spice up your planks. Never let them get boring. Planks are a staple for building core strength and a strong foundation. Try these side plank rotations for a great burn. Be sure to keep spine neutral.

Part 2 (Pro Tip Series): Dynamic Single Leg Stability
Training single leg balance and stability should be incorporated in any program, more so when fatigued. This is one of my favorite ways to challenge stability. This will hit the deep core stabilizers, glutes, hip, knee and ankle stability.

Tag any former college athlete below who you think would be interested in learning boxing for 4 months in Los Angeles, California (Santa Monica/Beverly Hills).
