Daddy packed us up and took us to the LA Rams training camp and 1st annual celebrity flag football 🏈 game πŸ”₯. So much fun and great family outing!!

There were bounce houses and activities set up for the kids, bomb food trucks, prizes and performances, and of course football 🏈 Team YG vs Team Taye Diggs πŸ”₯πŸ”₯🐏 Go Rams!!

Tips for doing backbends safely

β€’ Root down through your hands, feet, legs, or hips for a strong foundation.

β€’ Draw the limbs toward the midline for a strong core.

β€’ Engage Uddiyana Bandha (belly lock) by pulling the navel in and up.

β€’ Reach your tailbone away from your head.

β€’ Relax the shoulders down your back.

β€’ Keep the neck long.

β€’ Work on creating an even arch over the entire spine.
