It’s been a lot of work but I’m so excited to be back in Santa Monica, this time on Montana Ave., with a new space dedicated to teaching the Romana’s work and to helping my clients feel their best!

Happy Romana Day! It was a long and wonderful Pilates-filled day. I think Romana would be happy to see how our community has grown closer and stronger especially in the face of such difficult times. Every day I’m grateful for finding her and the legacy she left us. I never question why Joseph Pilates left her the work: she, like him, was a genius 💙
