Our group has contracted with under a 25 million dollar grant to train 2700 new over the next three years. Bloom CNA School, ACG- Training Management & Consulting INC., and AllSumJobs will recruit, train, place, and retain over 300 CNAs. ACG-Training Management &Consulting will use its local and statewide employer network to provide job placement and growth opportunities. AllSumJobs will give our cohorts access to our innovative platform for job preparation, soft skills, and retention specific to the healthcare industry. The grant will offer individuals with barriers to employment the opportunity to start and grow their careers in healthcare for free with wraparound services and retention bonuses.
