Say hi to Olivia ✨ one of our new teacher at Boheme 🤓

In 2022 Olivia studied yoga through an immersive program in Koh Pha Ngan, Thailand. She leads classes with a strong focus on building a proper foundation. Her classes are for everyone, whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, with the goal of helping you feel confident, capable, and comfortable in your body.
To her, yoga is part movement, part mindfulness, and part just having fun. It’s a space to connect, get curious, and find your own flow.

Off the mat, she’s a massage therapist, mindfulness coach, and music lover. She keeps things light and easy, so expect good music, relaxed vibes, a few laughs, and just the right amount of sweat.

200 Hour Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Training ✨✨✨

Boheme Yoga is a yoga teacher training school focused on creating thoughtful, open-minded, inclusive teachers. We offer unique trainings in one of the most potent disciplines, Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and high-energy version of yoga that integrates postures with breath.

We will give you the tools to grow your practice and, should you choose, begin your yoga teaching career. You will learn to bring your personal flair, unique perspective, life experiences, and personality to your work, find your authentic voice, develop vibrant and creative classes, teach private clients, and build a business.

Boheme is a community of friends. We celebrate you. When you join us, you will connect with like-minded, independent people and create a supportive, loving network of friends and co-teachers to sustain you.

Our training is intimate, personalized, and registered with the Yoga Alliance. All programs are “Immersions,” consisting of 8 long weekends. (see below for current training dates).

All our classes are conducted at our downtown Los Angeles studio.

An extensive yoga background is not required to join Boheme Yoga’s 200-hour community. Your ability to perform asana is not an indication of your teaching potential. To be a great teacher, you must first be a wise and conscientious student. Therefore, the 200-hour program is perfect if you want to teach or if you want to study yoga in depth.

Meet Anthony ✨

One of Boheme's newest instructors :)

Anthony found yoga through his passion for movement and strength, using it as a way to stay grounded while building both physical and mental resilience. What started as a personal practice has evolved into a disciplined approach that blends strength training, breathwork and intentional flow.

He brings energy, music, and presence into every class, creating a space where movement becomes expression. His teaching is rooted in the belief that when you connect to the rhythm and stay with the work, you unlock a deeper level of strength—both on and off the mat.

This open-level class blends the fluid movement of Vinyasa flow with the core-strengthening principles of Mat Pilates. Expect a dynamic sequence that builds heat, improves stability, and enhances mind–body connection. We incorporate props such as resistance bands, Pilates balls, and rings to challenge alignment, activate deep core muscles, and support proper form.
