Good to be back

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! I’m hoping everybody has a great Christmas and Hanukkah this weekend! We’re closed in LA for a three day weekend (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and whatever they call the day after Christmas which in some countries I believe is Boxing Day and someone tried to tell me why they call it that but almost immediately I remembered I didn’t care and got out of there fast). Anyway, Happy Holidays to my Trinity Familia! I’ll be out there for Boxing Day with a better story of why it’s called Boxing Day involving some fictionalized member of my family that will keep you on the edge of your seats and hopefully recounted in great detail by the Los Angeles Times when they run out of other fictionalized stuff to report. Back in the gym on Tuesday!
