I teach Pilates and Yoga virtually via ZOOM/FaceTime. I love helping people develop a strong connection to their body through movement. Pilates Essence is a Classical Pilates Studio in the heart of West Los Angeles.

This is a very unique studio. You will feel like you are a VIP. There are no more than 2 teachers teaching at one time. Private sessions and Semi-Private sessions only taught here. Don’t forget to stretch your quads! We’re quad dominant human beings. The body is smart, and will have you believing your working your core, but you’re really using your quads! Know the difference, but first create the space by stretching them out. If you don’t have access to a ladder barrel, you can lie on the floor with one leg straight, the other bent; and lean back. Don’t know what I mean? Reach out to me, and I’ll teach you. That’s what I’m here for, I’m here to help you!


It’s in the Pilates world, and all I have to say is “I’m so glad!” That’s my cure song on repeat. I have a lot to be glad about, and I’m feeling gratitude for it ALL!

The Spine Stretch Forward. I love this exercise because you really get a good stretch in your entire spine, and a nice lift in your low abdomen. This is one of the exercises that I learned how to deepen my lower abs.


The Double Leg Stretch on the long box/reformer. I like to have my clients practice the Series of Five aka the Ab Series here. Practicing here gives them a nice challenge.


The Single Leg Stretch. Have I mentioned she’s in her 80’s?! You’re never too old to do/start Pilates. Let her be an inspiration to you! 💫💫💫
