Happy Mother’s Day to all. There are no best years of your life. We give to others and we do for ourselves too. Most of the time there’s no balance and the people who save the day are not only the ones who birthed the baby. Strangers in the supermarket have lifted me up on hard days, just seeing other women doing all the things too. Hands down my girlfriends and aunties deserve all the credit for making life fun and giving perspective. Lastly I’m just going to say that heck no Mother’s Day shouldn’t be everyday. I get it though. Show your love and appreciation but the corner pop ups and the stress of you guys trying to match our energy is for one day only. So enjoy! 💗

“Summer Sorbet” is our new 6 week challenge, starting April 20th- May 29th. It’s 3 parts fitness, food & fun. Fitness: 4 class minimum per week (spin, yoga, mobility) + 1 run.
Food: Mondays juice day (protein shakes, broth/soups). Tues- Friday raw fruits and veggies till dinner.
Fun: Saturday sorbet means do something fun. Have a sorbet in the sun, hike, read, call a friend, do a face mask, redefine fun for yourself. Sunday join me for a beach run, journal, soak your toes in the sand, jump start your summer vibez. $150 to join as a member. $499 for non members.

Thank you high heavens and earth creatures for enduring this beautiful life with me. All the cold oceans, the dancing sandy feet, the early morning mind puzzles, the tears and epiphanies are like charms on a bracelet I’ve been lucky enough to collect with you. If I ever figure this life out, it would have been because of joyous souls like you making me laugh and showing me pathways. I love you. Thank you.
