salted caramel overnight oats using pink sea salt 💕✨ we used to avoid eating salt (we still avoid unhealthy processed table salt) but have learned that sea salt is incredibly beneficial and essential to brain, muscle, and nervous system function, promotes electrolyte balance, provides trace minerals, and prevents dehydration🌟 To make recipe: 1 cup oats, 1 tsp maca, pinch of pink sea salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 2 cups almond milk/water, 1-2 tsp maple syrup. Mix in jar and store in fridge overnight 🌟👌🏼
