Due to the large amount of continuous bodyweight movement during a training session, muscular and cardiovascular endurance is a natural by product of boxing. Correct footwork & technique are essential to making sure the entire body (arms, shoulder, core, legs) is engaged during training. CANCELLING A CLASS We know things happen, so If you sign up for a class and can't make it, don't worry! You have a 12-hour window to cancel. If you don't cancel in time, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee (for unlimited members) or lose a class (3-pack/5-pack members).

4️⃣Sumo Squat
5️⃣Crush Grip Deadlift/Hinge
6️⃣Reaching Reverse Crunch

:45/ea - 6 min/cycle, x4 cycles - 32 minutes total

Everyone in Brentwood knows him!
Comes in every Friday, we spend about 15-20mins warming up and doing some balance drills and footwork drills. But then we get to work:

4 x30 burnout rounds

We all know Boxing is an amazing workout, pushes the Heart Rate up, gets ya super fit, develops strength and power in your body, defines the muscles and burns a ton of calories!
Why it benefits George, keeps his reactions sharp, his hearing sharp, most importantly his brain sharp. His body is constantly moving, and reacting the the calls in front of him. It challenges his coordination, his balance, helping him keep on top of his health and aging body.
I find myself feeling stiff and sluggish, and unmotivated, if I take more than a week off from some form of exercise. George is proof that we don’t stop playing coz we grow old, we grow old coz we stop playing.
