Had some punks tag my glass last Sunday and tried my best to scrub it off but the crew at KYCC noticed how bad it was so they came and helped me wash it off with some power wash and chemicals. It’s been stressful having the punks come and tag my glass every month and also having my landlord make me responsible to clean it up as if I didn’t have enough problems after COVID. Just wanted to publicly acknowledge the team at @kyccla for their support and efforts to help keep our community beautiful and clean. I hope whoever these taggers are finds the right path in life 💡.

Our first hike in Kauai 🥾 🏝 . Little did they know what they were getting themselves into. It was one of the most difficult and challenging hikes we attempted while in Kauai going through the jungle, climbing trees, scrambling through the trees, crossing several streams, getting bit by mosquitos…but it was all worth it. Definitely not for the weak. 🎋🐼

Tuesday transformation👉. Our client burned 5 pounds of fat 🔥and gained 5 pounds of lean muscle 💪and improved his posture in the first 3 months of training. There’s really no secret. Single leg step up with weights is a great lower body exercise. It targets the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. Great for building balance, stability, strength, and explosive power for any athlete. Make sure to keep your top knee bent at 90 degrees, body neutral, and also to drive up with the top heel instead of the bottom heel.
