Most are content with mediocre and many give up after failing once or even a few times . If you work hard for it you will continue to give your all to keep it ..
One of the most common things I hear from clients is “I DONT EAT THAT BAD”
Unfortunately if the body isn’t being maintained it deteriorates and skinny doesn’t equal HEALTHY . Fitness and health doesn’t have to be complicated . Everyone’s fitness journey is going to be different with different results. Be patient and find what works for you but most important stay CONSISTENT!
