Combining Ballet, Pilates, and personal training to create an aesthetic as long, lean & beautiful as a dancer. Group & private sessions Officially founded by former New York City Ballet dancer in 2008, Ballet Bodies was developed with the idea that physical fitness should be imparted by those who have learned to master the art of body awareness and aesthetic change.

This year has been one to test our strength and resilience - mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally - and we are all doing the best we can. Wherever you’re at, however you’re doing, we encourage you to take time to take care of yourself everyday so that your inner butterfly can shine.

🤸🏽‍♀️We have added ‘Beginner Stretch’ and ‘Partner Stretch’ to our Live Streaming class schedule! ‘Beginner Stretch’ a 30 minute basic stretch class every Tuesday @ 12noon. Then, ‘Partner Stretch’ is a 1 hour stretch class every Friday at 12:15pm done with a quarantine buddy! Join us Live or email for a recording of the class to do on your own time.

🖤This quarantine time can get difficult with the uncertainty of the future. A lot of you are isolated alone, or without work... it’s totally normal to feel low. I just wanted everyone to know that however you are coping is OK! You don’t have to give into the pressure of “being productive” or “bettering yourself” during this time. Especially if that pressure creates anxiety within you. I definitely felt a low yesterday, but seeing some of your faces virtually for Ballet today and having the outlet to move together was just what I needed. I love our BB community and that community keeps me focusing on the light at the end of the tunnel, whatever that may be. I love you all. Sending out all the light and love ✌🏽
