Solar Fire 🔥 Cultivating Inner Strength
(Online or in person at Ashtanga Yoga Katowice] )
10:00 - 12:00
Join this practice to stimulate your inner fire, build a powerful sense of heat that will detoxify your body and mind as well.

The distinguishing feature of the Ashtanga Yoga method is to include a “vinyasa” between each pose. Traditional vinyasa means coordination of breath to movement. However, in the Ashtanga practice the term refers to the jump back and jump through between the poses.

This practice will serve as a foundation tool to build strength for transitions, jump backs, jump throughs and arm balances.

All levels welcome. Come and play!!

I’m back in Katowice!
I was actually missing for the past two weeks to be home, the cool weather 🤣, my bed, my pillow and my apothecary 🥰🌿 I miss so much my herbs, my infusions, medicine making. I did some flower essences with some wild flowers of Crete and they are a bomb infused with magic and love. I have also missed the practice in my space!
So nice to be back ❤️🙌🏻
