The Aerial House is a multipurpose, creative space where your most enchanting dreams can become a reality. People join us for aerial classes, conduct photo shoots, and host events of all styles in our expansive, beautiful space. Taught by master aerialists Anna and Nick, children and adults can enjoy beginner and intermediate aerial classes that build strength and flexibility with dance-inspired moves that’ll bring out your creative side. When you’re planning anything from a wedding or a birthday party to a corporate event, our gorgeous venue and aerial entertainment packages will help create a stunning celebration your guests won’t forget.

From Allie: "This series gets more focused time on the double loop chain apparatus as we condition different areas of the body, explore choreography, and even develop unique chain vocabulary!

Each cycle is different, as it's tailored to the individual cohort at the time, so grab your spot and make some chains friends!

6 Benefits of Starting Aerial as an Adult:

1. You have the life perspective to understand how amazing the “wins” feels.

2. You have the ability to persist through hard and sometimes “boring” training because you can see the long term benefit.

3. Because of #2, you can get so strong!

4. It will energize the rest of your life through the aerial-induced endorphins.

5. It will remind you that you shouldn’t stop trying to learn new fun and hard things just because you “grew up.”

6. It will unlock a new creative outlet that provides a much needed balance to the rest of life!

This Sunday!! Don't miss out on the chance to learn from this incredible hoop artist .v

The focus of this workshop will be to introduce and improve sequences and transitions. Transitions are necessary for building any sequence. Smooth transitions can help elevate all your aerial poses and flows. We will work on mounts, rolls, climbs, and just about any other way you can move in and around the hoop. Students can expect to learn versatile transitions to add to their existing practice.

Level: intermediate
Pre-req: Comfort with inversion and able to get onto the hoop with control
