2nd, make sure you are not sick.

3rd, if you are taking prescribed medication on a regular basis, let the prescribing doctor know you plan to start training and get a written permission to exercise (prescription for exercise).

Step 4, get a trainer! If only for the initial assessment and a personalized training routine.

Most effective way to do squats without having to do 500 of them.

It’s about being able to hold proper pose, then moving in a controlled manner and finishing up with an explosive version of the move!

Hold squat (30 sec- 1min)
Squat low and slow in place (12 times)
Squat jumps, explode from the ground (5 times)
