This weekend we lost more than just a member we lost family. ❤️
John Lecrone wasn’t just someone who came in to train, he brought energy, laughter, and encouragement every time he walked through the doors. He reminded us what Strong House is all about: community, love, and pushing each other to be our best.
Our hearts are heavy, but we’re grateful for the time we had with him. His spirit will always be a part of the House. 🕊️

Squats 💪🏾 There’s levels to it. Here are 5 types of squats you should add to your routine and why:
1. Zercher Squats enhance spinal stability through engagement of the core and it improves postural strength through engagement of the upper back making it a full body movement.
2. Hack Squats are for deeper glute and hamstring engagement. It reduces knee stress, and enhances mind-muscle connection.
3. Safety Bar Pin Squats is a way to attain maximal strength development. If max weight is your goal, this will help build your confidence. It also increases core/trunk stability and concentric power.
4. Kneeling Squats isolate the glutes, improve hip hinge mechanics, and reduce lower back strain. Perfect for focused b***y gains.
