The craziest part about getting in shape?
You stop stressing over every single thing in your closet.
The jeans that dig in.
The blouse that shows your arms.
The dress that hugs your lower belly.
The shorts that have your thighs chafing all day.
The bikini that just doesn’t hit the same anymore.
When you feel uncomfortable in your body, every outfit becomes stressful.
But when you’re fit, confident, and comfortable in your skin… YOU become the outfit.
That’s why I laugh when people ask where my clothes are from half the time🤣 Most of my outfits are cheap. I’m not spending $300 on a dress I’ll wear twice a year.

Here’s the simple breakdown I follow daily 👇🏼
1. Pick leaner proteins that don’t blow your calories.
Ground turkey, chicken breast, extra-lean beef, egg whites — boring? Maybe. Effective? Every single time. Protein keeps you full and stops the 4pm snack attack.
2. Eat carbs you actually enjoy.
White rice. Pasta. Potatoes. Multigrain rice. Sweet potato. Whatever you’ll stick to. Carbs aren’t the enemy — overeating is. Fuel your training and stop fearing food.
3. Add a high-volume veg to every meal.
Broccoli, peppers, carrots, zucchini… anything you can eat a ton of without racking up calories. This is how you stay full without acting like you’re on a cleanse.
