You can eat a TON of food for 1200,1500,1800 calories daily it you know what you’re doing and how to structure volume foods across your day.
The goal is to be able to eat as much food as possible while dropping fat not starvation 😅

If you’re not worth investing into idk what to tell you🤷🏻♀️ speaking from experience of investing heavily into coaches, mentors and people smarter than me. You never get there by ‘googling’ s**t, if it was that simple everyone would be in incredible shape, a millionaire and fix their mental health.
I’ve invested approximately $250,000 into myself and my business, not through college but through my own decisions to invest into learning and getting information/results faster.
Trying to make sh*t fancy and different gets overwhelming. Most in shape people eat the same kind of food and meals daily it reduces the thinking🤝

If you have to stay on it forever to keep the weight off, you didn’t solve the problem.
You just managed the symptom.
A smaller body doesn’t automatically mean a healthier lifestyle, better habits, more muscle, or long-term success.
The real flex isn’t losing the weight.
It’s knowing exactly how to keep it off.
That’s a skill nobody can take away from you.
