The rules and regulations were established and evaluated by respected masters of the art of capoeira who contributed with their knowledge of many years of experience in capoeira. The ICAPF is also currently involved in promoting and managing championships of high quality, crucial for the technical evolution and popularization of capoeira. Considering the international movement, that comes contributing by the growth of capoeira in many countries, the championships aim to attract the best capoeristas in the world to represent their groups and countries. The championships will generate a strong market of consumption in which it will attract big companies and corporations interested in associating their products in the events. The capoeristas affiliated with the ICAPF will have their graduations recognized by an official organization of the art. It intents to preserve the history of each capoerista student or professor. All of the students, instructors, professors, contra masters, and masters should be properly affiliated with the ICAPF to be able to register and compete in the championships promoted by the ICAPF.
