I help women come back home to their bodies—and rise from survival into self-led power. Do you feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually worn down?

I’m the creator of Seasonal Somatics, a cyclical, nature-based approach to healing the nervous system, and the host of The Thriving Scapegoat podcast. Hi, I’m Julie, trauma (C-PTSD), scoliosis, and autoimmune survivor turned gut health expert, child medium turned intuitive healer, Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapist (breath & hypnosis), Transformational Life Coach (shadow work & spiritual guide), Ev

Healing isn’t apathy.
It’s no longer abandoning yourself.

You stop explaining yourself endlessly.
You stop trying to convince people who have already decided who you are.

You stop performing your pain in the hope that someone will finally understand.

And that doesn’t mean you don’t care.

It means you finally care about yourself, too.

For the scapegoat, healing can feel uncomfortable at first because you were conditioned to believe that keeping the peace, proving your innocence, and being understood were your responsibility.

They weren’t.

Sometimes healing sounds like:

“I don’t need you to understand me for me to know what’s true for me.”

Beyond excited to announce the next Seasonal Somatics™️in person seasonal immersion that will include the release of a very special artisanal product line I’ve curated from the talented indigenous people of Oaxaca, Mexico, where I am right now and was called to come to during the pandemic. I thought it was for fermentation as at the time I was the founder & CEO of the world’s first wildly fermented zero proof cocktail, Ferm Fatale. After a few trips down to the Zapotec region, I heard the next message..”Google silent meditation Oaxaca’ which I did and was surprised to land on a community & practice that inspired me to shift from 28 yrs of Vipassana meditation to discovering Self Inquiry which has been more challenging in some ways but much more spiritually aligned as a lifelong Tantrica yogini. I’m so glad I listened.

But honestly I’ve found sooo much more than spiritual alignment, I’ve found a richness in the culture, the ppl, the land that has stolen my heart just like Self Inquiry meditation. It’s been a journey back to my heart after being personally devastated after being forced to close my beverage company in 2022 despite gaining national distribution and accomplishing a lot as a solo female founder with a super early brand w zero experience in the industry.

It was in the great loss of my identity that I also found my way back home when I reached out for help (super hard for me to do being hyper independent) after having suic*dal ideations I reached out to a Somatic Experiencing practitioner who after just several months of working together suggested I consider becoming an SEP myself.

Long story short, I’m here now juggling both the gathering of these epic goods while also finishing up my 2nd of 3yr certification online from my Airbnb in Oaxaca City.

I’m no stranger to loss. I’ve seen things that I deemed valuable (like my first frenchie) who tragically died of a rare cancer the month I launched Ferm Fatale at Erewhon. I’m witnessing something similar happen with this launch now. My home of 6 yrs is being ripped from me in Venice. It’s crazy to see this level of reconfiguration happen even when you’re deeply spiritual. 👇🏽

I’m not interested in teaching women how to look successful while secretly abandoning themselves.

I’m not particularly inspired by the perfectly curated life.

The right clothes.
The right morning routine.
The right six-figure strategy.
The right words to make it all look effortless.

Maybe because I’m not interested in looking like I’m living.

I want to feel my life.

And I don’t want to pretend it’s always summer.

That’s exhausting.

There are seasons of expansion.
Seasons of grief.
Seasons of rage.
Seasons of solitude.
Seasons of becoming.

And Late Summer asks a different question:

Can you receive what you’ve grown?

Not just money.

Support.
Pleasure.
Rest.
Love.
Recognition.
Community.
Your own damn goodness.

Because awareness is cognitive.

Safety is embodied.

You can understand your patterns intellectually and still have a body that doesn’t know how to receive, rest, trust, soften, or be witnessed.

That’s why transformation has to happen beyond the mind.

And why the people around you matter.

Sometimes riding solo is exactly what you need to hear yourself again.

And sometimes “I don’t need anyone” is just another beautiful way to stay protected.

We need relationships that let us be real.

Not curated.
Not performing.
Not perpetually healed.

Real.

That’s what I’m creating inside Seasonal Somatics™.

A space to slow down enough to actually feel.

Through somatic practice, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and the medicine of the seasons, we’ll explore what it means to harvest what you’ve cultivated—and release what you’re no longer meant to carry.

Because real transformation isn’t something you can perform your way into.

You have to experience something different in the body.

And when you do?

It lasts.
