I help women come back home to their bodies—and rise from survival into self-led power. Do you feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually worn down?

I’m the creator of Seasonal Somatics, a cyclical, nature-based approach to healing the nervous system, and the host of The Thriving Scapegoat podcast. Hi, I’m Julie, trauma (C-PTSD), scoliosis, and autoimmune survivor turned gut health expert, child medium turned intuitive healer, Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapist (breath & hypnosis), Transformational Life Coach (shadow work & spiritual guide), Ev

I always felt like the odd one out.

Turns out, a lot of the time, I was.

Humans have deeply disappointed me after giving so much of myself in this lifetime. I’ve been misunderstood, projected upon, excluded, betrayed, and blamed for things that were never mine to carry.

And yet…

I didn’t let it harden my heart.

As a lifelong scapegoat, these are the ways I’ve returned to myself despite it all:

1. I stopped looking for belonging in places that required me to abandon myself.

2. I let nature become my refuge, my teacher, and my reminder that everything has a season.

3. I learned to sit inside the cave of my own heart and discover it was sanctuary, not exile.

4. I built capacity for discomfort instead of waiting for life to feel safe before living it.

5. I kept moving toward my vision, even when I couldn’t see the whole path.

If you’re in a dark season, wondering if you’re on the right path, questioning what happiness even means in a world that can feel disconnected and chaotic, keep going.

Safety is something we cultivate within.
Belonging begins with belonging to ourselves.
And sometimes faith is simply taking the next step when nothing makes sense yet.

The cave may feel dark, but it is also where we remember who we are.

Keep the fire burning queen. 🤍🌊✨🕯️👑

Some of us were raised to be agreeable instead of authentic and midlife gives opportunity to put your middle fingers in the air, dance freely, laugh loudly express your truth without apology.

Calling perimenopause call it peri-MEN-o-pause I get it, I too have no f***s left for anything less than

That’s nervous system healing too. Having standards. Taking up space. Using the voice you’ve suppressed out of fear of judgement for too long. Standing in your integrity, boundaries, and core values. That means choosing partners & community wisely. Paying attention to how ppl treat you before getting to know you, have access.

Personal expression becomes sacred regardless of external validation, just for the sake of being authentic. The key is to give less f***s and have what you want, keep moving, take breaks. Never stop slowing down enough to listen, soften, & surrender to divine flow more. 🌊

How much of your exhaustion is coming from carrying a version of yourself that no longer fits?

This New Moon 🌑in Ta**us is revealing where we’ve been overworking, self-abandoning, disconnecting from our bodies, and trying to survive without support. Nature’s rhythms teach us if we’re willing to listen. Spring is asking us to soften the armor, reconnect to what’s real, and remember we were never meant to heal alone.

These Seasonal Somatics™️ experiences are designed for the woman who are tired of performing strength while silently running on empty.

Expect nervous system healing, embodiment, connection, breath, movement, ritual, and a space to finally exhale with women who get it.

Peace doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from letting go of what your body was never meant to carry alone.

There comes a point in healing where hyper-independence stops feeling empowering… and starts feeling exhausting.

So many women learned early that needing support wasn’t safe.

That being “low maintenance,” self-sufficient, overgiving, high-functioning, emotionally adaptable, or endlessly resilient was the way to survive.

And eventually, that survival pattern becomes an identity.

You become the woman who handles everything.
Carries everything.

Processes everything alone.

But your nervous system was never designed to heal in chronic self-protection & isolation.

At some point, the body begins asking for something deeper:

✨safe connection
✨true reciprocity
✨community
✨co-regulation
✨support that doesn’t require self-abandonment to receive it

This season of my life has been a massive threshold.

I’ve lost people. Outgrown dynamics.
Released tolerance for surface-level connection and emotional inconsistency. It can feel like ‘um, will anyone even be at my funeral if I died…like for real.’

And while that can feel lonely for a moment… I also know something new is being prepared.

That’s what Seasonal Somatics was born from.

Not perfection.
Not bypassing.
But for women who have already done deep inner work and are ready for their next level of embodiment, expansion, and aligned community beyond the superficial and for those without the trad situations.

Women who are ready to stop carrying life alone.

If this speaks to your nervous system, your season, your becoming…
you’re probably exactly who this space was created for. ✨

Midlife is where the performance ends.
And the truth begins.

I created Seasonal Somatics™️ for women who are done abandoning themselves to be accepted, successful, or chosen.

If you’ve been holding it all together… this is your space to finally let go.

This isn’t something you watch.
It’s something you experience, something you feel.

If something in this landed in your body—not just in your mind—that’s not coincidence.

Embodiment isn’t something you learn from content. It’s something you remember through the body, with the right support.

I’ve spent decades working with the nervous systems of tens of thousands of clients, students and guests. Through seasonal cycles, trauma, and somatic repair-guiding people back into their bodies, their voice, and their lived truth.
work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about restoring rhythm, safety, and agency so your life can reorganize from the inside out.

If you’re in a season of transition, grief, awakening or rebirth—and you’re ready for grounded, relational, deeply embodied support—

I offer 1:1 somatic coaching on the westside of LA and online for those that are done bypassing and ready to live from the body forward

Many women think they’re bad at ‘resting.’

They’re not.

Their nervous systems were trained to prioritize speed over safety and put their needs aside.

Winter isn’t a productivity failure. It’s repair season.

We need to re-teach the body what safety feels like—slowly, cyclically, without rush or force.

You don’t have to forgive anyone—
especially people who never changed their behavior.

Forgiveness is often framed as a moral high ground,
but for trauma survivors it’s frequently just shame in disguise.

Anger isn’t the problem.
Suppressed anger is.

Before forgiveness, there is truth.
Before peace, there is accountability.
Before “letting go,” there is feeling what was never safe to feel.

Stop asking victims to forgive.
Start asking perpetrators to take responsibility.

That’s how shame actually ends.

There’s nothing wrong when it’s slow. You were just conditioned to think safety meant never slowing down. Reclaim your sovereignty in midlife by returning to the root of who you are.

🍁 Let what wants to go… gooooo.

If I’ve learned anything, it’s this: take action faster when my gut speaks. No more doubting—she’s never wrong.

Even the faintest old beliefs can still hold us back from our fullest joy if we let them. Right now I feel big Virgo energy—the disciplined body-master—woven with the heavy karma of 2006 that’s finally ready to clear. Like says: Reclaim what you gave away when you weren’t standing fully in your power. 👑

Not all seasons last forever. Not even summer. 🍂 And that’s the beauty—Fall teaches us how to let go.

When we name it, we tame it. 🦁 First we Release, then we Reclaim, and only then do we Realign.

Have the courage to reach higher as we sink deeper into Yin. The cosmos is holding us, urging us to grow through the darkness. 🌱
