What a tremendous disappointment Black Knight Patrol turned out to be, owned by Manual Jimenez. They continue to not fulfill our written agreement leaving MCE without the negotiated number of guards. Yesterday on afternoon shift they provided 1 guard and not 3. This is clearly in violation of our written contract, how was 1 guard supposed to take their breaks and lunch period in accordance with California state law. A director had to man the main gate so the guard could go to the restroom! Black Knight Patrol leaves a lot to be desired. We have attempted to correct problems over the previous several months without resolution. They choose to ignore the problems, hoping it will go away. I thought Sempre Fi meant always faithful. Well this Marine Corp owner knows no honor!
