Join @yogiknekoh for a special class this Sunday, 10:30AM. The class is called Restoring Equanimity. A restorative practice designed to ease physical and mental trauma and stress, bringing the body, mind and spirit into a state of balanced peace. A few props will be needed for this class. Please have on hand 2-3 blankets or a yoga bolster.

She is also teaching Saturday’s Alignment and Breath at 12noon. This is a class designed for first timers but is also a great refresher for seasoned practitioners.
