Opinions, beliefs, feelings, judgements, assumptions, are not real. Those things belong in the world of fantasy.

When you recognize what is happening, you are no longer blindsided by the problem. You can see the reality.

And when you pursue things based upon an understanding of how they really are, you tend to run into less problems, and the problems that you had tend to go away on their own.

A person who achieves anything extraordinary, does so when sincere. Because greatness comes from sincerity. Except we are not taught to pursue things with sincerity. We are taught to pursue things for rewards. This is why most people try to achieve things by way of ulterior motives as opposed to recognizing the necessary precursors.

Sincerity is about doing what needs to be done to get to where one wishes to go. No excuses. No backup plans. No ulterior motives. And no other choice. Sincerity is the key ingredient. There is no getting around this.

Sincerity is something that is genuine. Not an ulterior motive. Not a chase. Not done for cosmetic purposes. But done because of a true and deep longing. That is the general direction of a sincere individual. Which by today’s standards, is very rare.

Sincerity is about understanding the way things are, not the way that you or other people think they should be. Sincerity is about understanding reality. Not judgement.

Insincerity is the judgement.

In fact, chasing and catering to popularity will diminish one’s own chances at greatness.

Popularity has nothing to do with anything.

It is largely cosmetic.

There’s an endless amount of human beings who focus on improvement and never get anywhere.

Because “improvement” is not a goal, despite what the masses think.

It isn’t about trying to take your game to the next level. It isn’t about trying to get better.

It’s about understanding why you are not.

It’s ok to be confused.

The truth about compromise.

There is no problem outside of yourself.

All conflict is self conflict.

As long as you believe otherwise, you will waste your time being ineffective. This post will probably cause you outrage.
And I don’t care.

There’s nothing wrong with being a salesman.

But. If you have to convince me to believe something, do something, or buy something.

Then that’s a dealbreaker right there.

Because if what you are selling had value to me, you would not need to sell me at all. All you would have to do is speak the truth. And I would realize it. Convincing me would serve no purpose.

This applies to all forms of “convincing”.

For example, if I had a gold mine underneath my house. I would not need to convince you to come check it out.

Just ask yourself if anyone would donate to charity, if it made them feel bad.

No.

And that’s the truth about human nature.

And there’s nothing wrong with that.
