New year, fresh chances to smash your fitness goals! Let this be the year exercise becomes your motivation and you surpass your former self. Here's a quick guide:

Pick a Goal That Excites You: Focus on what you love—whether it’s building strength, boosting endurance, or simply moving more each day.

Make It Measurable and Realistic: Instead of saying “I want to get fit,” aim for something specific like “I’ll work out three times a week for 30 minutes."

Track Your Progress: Use a journal, app, or even a simple checklist to celebrate small victories along the way.

Need an accountability partner? I’m here to support you, create a killer plan, guide you, and remind you that you're not alone. If you’re in Barcelona, I’ll join you for classes and walks—because building a community means having support. For my online friends, I’ll be the one calling, writing, and sending you fun workout video clips. The goal is to make fitness fun! ;)

Remember, it’s not about perfection—it’s about showing up for yourself and enjoying the journey. 💪

Write down your fitness goal right now and share it below—I’d love to cheer you on!

As the year winds down, one word stands out for me: self-compassion.

We've all been our toughest critic, haven't we? But when we're on the path of transformative change, striving to be better each day, isn't it beautiful to pause and give ourselves that pat on the back, that warm hug we often need?

This year, I've navigated the internal struggle of balancing my love for dancing (channeling my inner 16-year-old raver) with my role as a personal trainer—ensuring I get enough sleep, meditate, journal, maintain nutritional stability, engage in strength and Pilates training, and manage my clients while evolving both personally and professionally.

As I grow, I've realized there's no strict right or wrong—whether it's choosing a quiet night in over a night out or swapping alcohol for water. Why criticize ourselves for these choices when they reflect our growth?

Sharing different facets of ourselves while dreaming big can be challenging. So, if there's one takeaway from this, it's to celebrate your small victories. Even if you stumble, pick yourself up with an open heart filled with love. The same warmth you'd offer friends and family—extend that to yourself. I've realized I needed to let go of the internal battle of what's "right" or "wrong," and to embrace where I am, nourishing my mental health with the kindness it craves.

Many of us are constantly doing, but how often do we stop and bask in self-love? This year, I've realized that's what I've missed, and next year, I aspire to love myself a bit more, leaving behind negative self-talk and self-sabotage in 2024.

Moving abroad and embarking on a new career that excites me has been a true blessing. Initially, movement was my anchor during the transition—not just for staying fit, but for processing challenges, finding clarity, and staying aligned with my dreams.

This journey has deepened my connection to myself and my work. Helping others achieve their fitness goals is my passion, but living here has shown me that true transformation embraces the whole picture: physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.

Barcelona isn't just where I live; it's becoming a part of who I am. Every step, every rep, each new experience is a stride forward in my journey.

Reflecting on your own journey, what has growth taught you?
What's one word you'd like to welcome more of next year?
What are you ready to release?
What do you hope to bring into 2025?

Where's the most beautiful spot you've ever done calf raises? 🌄

For me, it was in the serene setting of Big Sur at the Post Ranch Inn.

The beauty of calf raises is their versatility; you can practically do them anywhere there's an incline. Whether you're at a park, in the gym, or on the stairs, sometimes we overlook the importance of strengthening our calves.

Why more calf raises?
- Improved ankle mobility
- Enhanced balance, control, and stability 🤸‍♂️
- Reduced risk of falls as we age
- Injury prevention
- Higher jumps
- Boosted running performance 🏃‍♂️
- Better posture

✨ Soo, if you’re like me and want to not just live longer but live *better*, here’s the deal: you have to delay these 4 leading causes of death—heart disease, cancer, dementia, and metabolic conditions like type 2 diabetes. How? It is deeply rooted in the way we take care of ourselves.

The good news? You have SO much power over your health! 💚

Here’s what I focus on:
1️⃣ Nutrition: It’s not about restriction—it’s about fueling your body with the good stuff. Think whole, nutrient-dense foods and finding balance. 🥗
2️⃣ Exercise: Movement is medicine. Whether it’s strength training, yoga, or even a walk, just stay active. 💪
3️⃣ Sleep: Don’t underestimate rest! Prioritize 7-8 hours a night to let your body repair and reset. 😴
4️⃣ Supplements & Medications: There’s no one-size-fits-all, but supplements can help fill the gaps, and the right meds (when needed) can be game-changers. 💊
5️⃣ Emotional Health: Stress and emotional well-being play a HUGE role. Find what keeps you grounded—whether it’s journaling, therapy, or connecting with loved ones. ❤️

Start small, build habits, and remember—it’s the little things you do every day that add up to a healthier, happier, longer life. You’ve got this! 💫

My life started drastically changing when I started to think about how I wanted to feel and move in the future. The choices you make now matter.

Credit to for his courses and giving me endless learning to my favorite topic: longevity.

✨ Sooo, standing here, looking out at this view, I couldn’t help but reflect on how far I’ve come.

These past few months have shown me just how hard I can be on myself. Lacking self-compassion, I often fixate on my dreams, feeling the weight of how far away they seem. Negative self-talk, sadness, and self-sabotage.

But then, I took a step back—a reality check for that little girl inside me. I reminded her of her bravery: moving to a new country and diving into a career she loves from scratch. Through all the challenges, she’s been crafting the person she’s becoming, pursuing her heart’s desires and simply trying. 💚

If you ever find yourself in need of a reminder, take a moment to speak kindly to that little self within you. We all need a little compassion, especially when we pour so much into others and forget about our own needs.

It’s easy to get lost in the quest of “finding” yourself, but maybe it is crafting who you want to be. An ever changing being.

**Every workout, every challenge, every step out of my comfort zone has shaped me**

So, if you’re waiting for the perfect moment to start—whether it’s your fitness journey or a new adventure—remember, it all begins with you. 🫶🏼 The beauty lies in every small step forward.

& maybe you can be kinder to yourself while enjoying the process.✨
