Pumped to be partnering again with and for another season! The Feed is my one-stop shop for all things racing, and Maurten keeps me fueled with the best in sports nutrition. Ready to chase big goals with the best in the game!

New kit, same grind. Tested out the new CdA kit on a long trainer ride + brick run—feeling fast, looking faster. Can’t wait to race in this beauty! 8 weeks to Oceanside 🚴🏼‍♀️🔥

Had soooo much fun at the Disneyland Half Marathon this morning! I totally get when people get hooked on races! Only goal for this one was to do all the character stops and have fun. Mission accomplished! I will be back for sure! 🩷

After years of sticking to the bare minimum when it comes to swimming, I’ve made the leap from swimming 2x per week to 3-4 sessions. I believed I would never be a fast swimmer, so why bother. I had the mind set of just getting through the swim going into every race.

After my experience last season, first DNF at Morro Bay in that crazy swim, then struggling at IMAZ in the water, something changed in me. This year I’m determined to not just “survive” the swim. I’m committing to growth, pushing boundaries, and seeing what I’m really capable of. 🏊🏻‍♀️ 💪🏻

Birthday ride! Grateful for every moment that’s shaped me, every challenge that’s grown me, and all the people who have been part of the journey. Here’s to another year of chasing dreams, spreading love, and living fully! 🎂🎉

As 2024 comes to an end, I’m looking back on a year that stretched me in every possible way. Navigating incredible highs, humbling lows, and everything in between.

It was a year of growth—both personally and professionally. Pushing limits in training and racing, all while balancing the beautiful chaos of motherhood and returning to working full-time. It was also a year of loss and grief, moments that reminded me of life’s fragility and the strength we find in the hardest times.

Through it all, I’ve learned to embrace the messiness of life. To celebrate the wins, however big or small. To show up for my family, for myself, and for the goals I’m chasing.

2024 taught me that resilience isn’t about perfection—it’s about continuing to move forward, step by step, with a heart full of purpose and gratitude.

Here’s to carrying these lessons into 2025. What did this year teach you?

Grateful to experience another Ironman finish line. I’ll be soaking this one in for a while. ❤️🙏🏻

A volunteer said to me as I was limping out of transition with all of my gear, “Be proud, if it was easy everyone would do it” As cliché as it sounds, there is so much truth in that statement. Great things rarely come without challenges. If you are on a journey that feels tough, these are the moments that shape your strength + resilience. It’s the grit and determination to keep going that sets us apart. The reward is worth every step. ✨

Made it to AZ! All checked in for for 140.6 #2

🌵 Never felt so ready to do this. Goal is to soak in every moment (even the painful ones) A full PR would be nice too! Conditions are ripe 😉 Whatever happens, I’m grateful to all who have been on this journey with me. This is the celebration.

Excited to share the course with some amazing peeps from team Good luck to everyone racing! See ya out there! 🏜️🙌🏻

Tapering with a broken heart 💔 We lost our sweet handsome boy Frankie. 16 years ago I heard his loud baby kitty cries outside my bedroom window. I brought him into my home that night and he captured my heart forever. He was a little warrior. His fighting spirit shone through these last couple weeks, but it was time for him to go join his brother Jack over that rainbow bridge 🌈 💔🐾😔 Fly high my sweet boy. You will live on in our hearts always 🕊️ Racing Ironman #2 for you.
