10 swings every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.

When he’s not busy chasing fires for , he’s in here keeping it toight for the camera.
Today we did a kettlebell goblet squat paired up with a swing.
Goblet Squat- 10,9,8,7,6 reps
KB Swing- 10,12,14,16,18 reps
Limited rest.. .
Boom.
Ten Kettlebell swings every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes. .
That’s 200 swings at 106lb(Me) and 70.4lb()
Super fun.
It’s the last Monday of September. Let’s get that work and not only start the week strong, but also end this month on a high note. A body in motion stays in motion. Let’s get moving!!!!
