I like putting on my fav playlists (btw stay tuned as I’ll be publishing my fav ones soon) and then just let my body lead.
This is one of my fav ways I reset my nervous system. It’s what I call healing, but make it hot 😉
Try it. Let go. Let it move.

I planned to push through, but my body said no.
This time I listened.
The way I see it, a lot of us resist rest because we subconsciously attach our worth to how productive we are.
What if we started to see rest as part of our productivity - that this pause creates the power because we’ve had time to recharge.

This has been a quiet practice for me lately….
Choosing what feels true, even when it’s uncomfortable.
And it’s also been a big theme with the women I work with 1:1 -
how trying to keep everyone comfortable can come at a personal cost.
You eventually get to a point where you realize you don’t want to keep doing that to yourself anymore.
Sometimes your body already knows what it wants…
And then the mind comes in looking for certainty. Cue the overthinking.
From my lived experience of residing in five different countries (some of which I moved to on a whim) - I can say this with confidence:
You don’t need the whole map.
You just need to take the first step.
What I’m noticing is how much output there is as women from
nurturing others, handling business, and just getting through life & all the adulting…
And - how easy it is to forget input.
The kind that brings us back home to ourselves.
So what if, instead of another rule or strategy, we lived by something simpler:
Feeling good comes first.

Mornings are sacred to me…
It’s where I set the tone of my day before anything else gets a say.
I don’t start by checking messages, emails, or stepping into someone else’s agenda.
I start by staying with mine.
Slow mornings create clear boundaries and inner authority that allows me to lead from within.

There’s a whole lot of conditioning out there that disconnects women from their truth, their bodies, and ultimately their power.
So I’m about to debunk 9 pieces of propaganda I’ve unsubscribed to — and what I believe & teach instead:
❌ Rest isn’t productive.
Rest is productive …because having a nervous system that’s nourished is so key to sustainable success versus numbed out sprints to get the job done, only to burn out after. 🙅🏻♀️
In my world, we regulate so you can rise. 💃🏻
❌ Ple@sure is indulgent & not essential.
Pleasure is a portal. It’s your connection to to your aliveness. And it’s where
creativity, magnetic manifestation are honed. ✨
❌ Working hard & burnout = success.
I’ve done the hustle. It nearly broke my body.
Now I work less, but create more because I learned how to move from feeling grounded presence versus frenetic pressure.
❌Just pop a pill, down a coffee & push through.
No more numbing of the body. Those symptoms, they are warning signals. ⚠️
Our bodies are not machines — they act like messengers. My work helps you decode what your body is really saying.
❌ Mindset is the only way to manifest.
Mindset without embodiment is totally missing a key component. You can think high-vibe thoughts all day — but if your body doesn’t feel safe to receive, you won’t be able to hold that manifestation.
❌ Feminine energy is weak & impractical.

My feminine energy is the most powerful thing I’ve ever reclaimed. My womb & intuition bring me wisdom. It’s brought me more ease than ever before.
❌ You have to be high-vibe all the time to manifest.
Nope. That’s bypassing.
Your emotions are meant to be felt in its full spectrum & yup, even the messy ones. Suppression just manifests something else - symptoms. Instead
manifest from truth & authenticity - this includes emotions. ✨This is the frequency we anchor in my 1:1 mentorship. ✨
Let this be your permission slip to unlearn the old paradigm —
and come home to your body, your breath, your power.
It leads to success that feels sacred, sovereign AND sustainable
