You’ve probably noticed we changed our brand name just recently. And while there is no reason for it we want to share the story behind it.

Back in 2016 we launched a "BROTHERHOOD" streetwear line with BR in the beginning of our logo embroidered in black and the rest of the logo in white. Having made the whole thing read like OTHERHOOD — you might have seen that if you’ve been following us all along. So, how did it go all the way from colored letters to full-scale renaming?

Obviously, we were hungry for a change, floating in calm since 2008 did the job and our team simply grew out of an old logo like out of an old (though deeply and dearly loved) hoodie. Changes were imminent, and each one of us has gone a long way since then. The only things that didn't change were mission and core values.

Brotherhood is all great and glorious, but there’s something that goes further than that, and that’s a distinction. An individual, unique and a completely new meaning, you guessed it — OTHERHOOD.

To us, individuality means more than any sort of unifying idea or theory. The latter grew especially important in light of the absolutely rogue and bloody war started by Russia. Spouting out terms like Brotherhood now only makes things more painful.

Getting rid of the first two letters, we removed the frills and left only the essential — OTHERHOOD. It manifests our unique style and helps you walk your own path, even if someone tells you not to.

We stand with those who fight for their right to be themself — for their freedom. For living and working hard to make their dreams come true, respecting the same rights of people around. Against the limits and frames that someone tries to force on them.

Remember that the most important thing is your rights, freedoms and personal well-being. Be what you are, stand up for what you believe in, and let no one stop you or convince you otherwise. Never lose the otherhood in you.
