Humboldt Smokes the Emerald Cup; 12 of the Top 20 Strains!

Humboldt County is well-represented in the list of 2019 Emerald Cup contest award winners, with a number of first place rankings and top placements scattered across the bulk of the Cup’s various contest categories.

Licensed Humboldt farms crushed the Sungrown Flower category, which, to many, is what the Emerald Cup is all about. Ridgeline Farms took first, fifth and ninth places, with its Ridgeline Runtz, Ice Cream Cake and Green Lantern strains, respectively. Humboldt Redwood Healing took third place with White Runtz.

Green Light Farms, Talking Trees Farms, Lost Coast Elixirs, DewPoint, Skyline Farms, Love Humboldt and Savage Farms also placed in the top 20 for Sungrown Flower. All told, 12 of the top 20 strains came from Humboldt farms, with the majority coming from SoHum locations.
