If you’re hitting the gym, make sure you go in with a plan. Create your workout and execute the game plan. Here is a quick 3 muscle group workout that you can do if you’re trying to build muscle for the summer ☀️ Good Luck 💪

🟨CIRCUIT 1: 3 Rounds
🔺Incline bench press 8-12 reps
🔺Rope Curls 8-12 reps
🔺Plate shoulder raise 8-12 reps

Rest for about a minute and move on

🟨CIRCUIT 2: 3 Rounds
🔺Cable flys 8-12 reps
🔺Dumbbell curls 8-12 reps
🔺Swimmer press 8-12 reps

Rest for a minute and move on

🟨CIRCUIT 3: 3 Rounds
🔺Seated chest press 8-12 reps
🔺Cable side curls 8-12 reps
🔺Shoulder shrugs 8-12 reps

Enjoy the workout and stay focused. You shouldn’t spend more than 45-60 mins in the gym, Let’s get in and get out 💪
