"When I started this journey last November 2024, I wanted to feel stronger, move easier, and have more energy. I wanted my body to show all the work I was doing.
Through a mix of working out 5–6 days a week, eating about 140 grams of protein a day, and teaming up with a registered dietitian, I’ve built habits that actually stick.
