This summer, RacketZone was selected to be in WashU’s summer accelerator program as part of our relaunch in St Louis. Last week, we wrapped with the final expo and had the chance to showcase alongside so many inspiring founders.
Looking forward to bringing unforgettable, interactive sports experiences to more communities ✨

As we debut our new look, we came across our very first sketches all the way from 2019 (swipe to see) - back when we designed, cut, and assembled everything by hand. We’re now able to reimagine our look with new tools and technology to deliver color, detail, and atmosphere in a way we couldn’t before.
So nice to be out on the courts again! Are you slowly (and safely) starting to get back out there again as well? We’ve missed playing glow tennis so much and so ready to start up again when we get the green light!! Who’s in?! 🎾🎾✨

One of the toughest return shots in tennis is a good lob. Try this two step lob retrieval progression, first without a racquet and then with a racquet, to develop the footwork and technique needed to return even the toughest lob.
🚫 The mistake that most players make and the reason that they don’t get to the lob in time to return it is they try to fully turn around before hitting the ball back. With a tough lob, there just isn’t enough time for that. Learning this over the shoulder technique is the solution in that case. With practice, it allows you to get the ball back without having to be behind it. Give it a try next time you’re playing doubles and see what it can do for your game! 🎾🎾🎾

A strong core is essential in tennis for injury prevention as well as for power and a plank is one of the best exercises to strengthen it. Planks are much safer for your spine than crunches and assuming you don’t have any shoulder/elbow injuries, they’re a great whole body exercise. Here are a few variations on the traditional plank
