Kundalini kriya meditations are no joke. I’ve been doing them for years and they’ve brought me so much healing and so many manifestations.⠀

The har kriya in particular is one of my faves for attracting abundance and boy does it work. 💸⠀
⠀
It involves chanting the sound “har” while looking at the tip of your nose and striking the outside edges of your hands together to activate pressure points and energy meridians. Look it up on YouTube. ⠀
