Apparently breastfeeding doesn’t just make milk… it activates mama bear mode too. 😂🐻

There’s something about becoming a mom that makes you softer in so many ways—and fiercely protective in others.

So if I seem a little more feisty these days, I’m blaming the prolactin. 😂🍼

And after breastfeeding six babies, I’ve had PLENTY of it. 🤣

If motherhood, breastfeeding, babywearing, and trusting your mama instincts are your kind of content, you’ll probably feel right at home over at . 🤎

Descending fast doesn’t make you a better cyclist. Riding another day does. 🚴

There’s a lot of pressure in cycling to bomb every descent as fast as possible.

Don’t fall for it.

Ride within your limits. Build confidence over time. The goal isn’t to impress strangers—it’s to keep riding for years to come.

🚴 Have you ever attempted Eldred Street?

It’s considered one of the steepest streets in Los Angeles… and it’s no joke.

I made it almost to the top before I had to stop. Looking back, I was only seconds away from finishing.

The ride is peaceful…
