im a certified fitness instructor. I conduct private and small group exercises for woman, teenagers, women after birth and seniors (+60).

I had such an amazing weekend – full of friends, family, laughter, and lots of delicious food. ❀️

I wish myself this year to stay curious and excited, but also to slow down sometimes and enjoy the little moments.
